- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 3 tbs water
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 scallions
- 5 gm aniseed
- 3 inches ginger
- 3 tbs sambal oelek (-/+ depending on spiciness you prefer)
- Ingredients C
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 star anise (remove when done)
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tbs turmeric powder
- 4 tbs muscovado sugar
- to taste Salt
Steps to make Beef Serunding
