  2. 70 grams Garlic shoots
  3. 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
  4. 2 tbsp ☆Soy sauce

  6. 1 tbsp ☆Oyster sauce
  7. 1 tbsp ☆Sugar
  8. Seasoning
  9. 2 tsp Sake
  10. 2 tsp Soy sauce
  11. 1 Katakuriko
  12. 1 for frying Oil

Instructions to make Beef Livers and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry

  1. Soak the liver in water for about 10 minutes to remove the unpleasant smell. Wipe excess water with a paper towel.
  2. Soak Step 1 in the seasoning for 10 ~ 15 minutes.
  3. Chop the garlic shoots into 4 cm.
  4. Mix the ☆ ingredients.
  5. Pat dry the excess sauce from Step 2 with paper towels, and coat with katakuriko.
  6. Heat a slightly large amount of oil in a wok. Fry both sides of Step ⑤ until browned. Remove from the wok.
  7. Wipe the remaining bits from the wok, add oil, then stir-fry the garlic shoots. When fragrant, add the bean sprouts.
  8. Once the vegetables are evenly cooked, return the liver to the pan. Pour in Step 4 sauce, and stir-fry briefly.
  9. Swirl in sesame oil and stir-fry for a short time if you like.
  10. Serve onto a plate, and it's done.
