  1. Make the chili heat the vegetable oil in a medium sauce pan over medium high heat add a yellow onion cut her until softened about five minutes add the tomato paste chili powder cumin oregano brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce cook stirring until the onion is coated about 2 minutes

Heat the vegetable oil over medium high heat add the burgers and cook until browned 2-3 min per side for med. topping each one with a slice of cheese in the last 2 mins of cooking
  5. Spread the mustard on the bottom or top (orig. bottom) place burgers on the bun and top with chili, onions, and slaw (or on the side, per. Pref.)
