- in 12inch pan, heat oil and add all ingredients except the beef. cook till onion is soft. Then add beef and cook on med to med high heat stirring frequently. it will get watery and you will want to continue to simmer and cook until almost all the water dissipates. usually cooks for about 45 minutes.
- Once you get the beef going, is also time to start a pan of rice or whatever you are making with this. Rice works well with this meal,soaks up some of the grease and if it's too hot,you just eat it with more rice:)
