  10. 1 tsp ground tamarind
  11. 1 pinch salt
  12. 2-3 tbsp oil

  1. Combine all ingredients except beef until it forms a thick paste.
  2. Add cubed beef and marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
  3. Skewer the beef. Grill or cook in a pan.
