  3. 1 small Cabbage, leaves separated
  4. 1 corn, cut into 3 parts

  7. 1 cup beef stock
  8. 1 tbsp fish sauce
  9. 2 Onion leeks, chopped
  10. water

Steps to make Bulalo Special

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, bring enough water to cover meat. Add beef shanks and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the onion and peppercorn. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours or until the beef is fork tender.
  3. Add beef stock, corn and fish sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the green beans and cabbage. Cook for about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. Serve hot and sprinkle with onion leeks. Enjoy!
